Success Consulting was founded in 2008 by Eleanor Richards and Michael Chen, two seasoned business consultants who recognized a critical gap in the consulting industry: a genuine focus on measurable client transformation rather than theoretical strategies that rarely translated into real-world results.

By 2012, Success Consulting had expanded to 15 consultants and opened a second office in Boston.
